We would be happy to show you the vehicle live in advance or conveniently via video conference. If the chemistry is right, we will make you a fair offer for your planned trip.
So that you know exactly what you need, you will receive a personalised exposé from us. This will detail what is already on board and what you should still pack. At the same time, we transparently clarify all the details about the deposit and payment arrangements. So you can start your holiday without any unanswered questions.
On the day of departure, we take up to an hour for an intensive briefing on the vehicle. We practise every move together until you feel completely confident. You will also receive a manual tailored to your journey. This means you can easily read up on every step along the way.
We won't leave you alone during the journey either and will stay in touch via WhatsApp. If you have any minor questions or uncertainties, simply send us a photo. We will respond promptly and help you immediately. You enjoy your holiday, we take care of the support.
